This will help to kill off spores and prevent the regrowth of moss and algae on the render. Once this has been done, we use our soft washing equipment to gently remove the dirt from the render. We apply steam under a low pressure to remove the dirt and pollutants, without damaging the render.

We use a product called Mendrend, which is an aqueous dispersion of acrylic polymers, iron oxide pigments, finely grade aggregates and controlling chemicals, which eliminate colour variations through differing drying criteria.
It is compatible with the use of several render products, such as K rend, Parex, Weber, Marmorit and Monocouche XF. It absorbs into cement renderings to provide a finish that does not require maintenance.
Mendrend eliminates the need of any hacking back when discolourisation has occur and it retains the appearance of the existing render once it has been applied. So that only problematic areas or elevations will require an application.
The product is supplied as a crack fissure fill plus in penetrating acrylic form that is applied by a roller. The two can be used together to blend in the areas of repair.
