Outstanding service ! I called Eco Clean Sussex for a last minute job (internal cleaning of the basement after it had been flooded because of heavy rains). Really great communication from the office staff. Great range of services at great prices. We had our gutters cleaned as they were long over due. The guys who carried out the work were very professional, even taking off their boots to walk through the house to get to the back. Highly recommended!

Clean of facias, soffits and guttering to a block of flats, 15 Sets of UPVC doors & 51 windows/frames/cills. Both of chaps were polite and worked hard at all times which showed in the quality of the clean. The team leader was professional & courteous and helped me out by setting the scaffold alarm when leaving to save me returning. He asked sensible questions and checked I was happy with the work they'd done and intended on doing a couple of times. When it became clear the brushes wouldn't shift grime on the frames they went at the most heavily soiled ones with cloths by hand with no questions asked. From my point of view it all looked spot on and I have no doubt our clients will agree. Hopefully this will be the first of many refurb jobs with Coastal Trades Collective Ltd

Excellent Service
Excellent communication and discussion to ensure our requirements were understood and expectations managed. On the day the two-man team arrived punctually and didn't leave until they and we were happy with the work carried out, including returning with additional cleaning materials to satisfy my (and EcoClean's Steve) OCD. Both Steve and his colleague worked throughout the day in stifling conditions given the weather to ensure we were happy.
